The other day, a friend of mine played a Susan Tedeschi song for me while we were on a girl's day out (she adopted from Kazahkstan and I adopted from Guatemala, of course;-)
Susan Tedeschi is a blues singer, but one of the songs is the perfect adoption song...called "In the Arms of Another" and the album is Wait for Me. I will warn you that if you are waiting, this song will guarantee a few tears.

son just on Friday. I miss him so much.
but that song (sound clip on barnes and noble website) even just the 31 seconds of it.
