I have been swamped with emails wanting more information about Costa Rica.
AT THIS TIME, we do not know the extent of the law changes....I am researching this and I am in contact with the Embassy in Costa Rica (who is drafting new procedures). So, I am starting a small listserve for agencies and individuals interested in what is going on. On the one hand, there are a lot of rumors flying around that CR is open.....but being involved last year, I am conservative about the prospects.
To join the listserve, CLICK HERE
Please immediately identify who you are (especially agencies) and a little about yourself. Please note, this is NOT a CR Adoption support group. I feel like this listserve will be discussing the technical aspects of adoption, how they relate to Guatemala's current law, etc (I suspect we will compare some of the Hague implementation in CR). Many parents may not be interested in this type of discussion....so that is my disclaimer!!!

You rock.
You are providing a first class resource for the community, and not even getting paid for it.
Thanks!
