Calendar 2006 Update

Only a few more days to get your submitted photos in. For those of you who have already submitted photos, a list of what has been successfully received is at the bottom of the Calendar Information Page.

Hate to be computer illiterate here, but can someone tell me how to upload a photo for the calendar? I use kodak easyshare to store photos & also in My Pictures. I'm not sure how to get a picture submitted though. Thanks.

Are you having problems with the form submittal or locating/getting the photos?

We use Kodak Easyshare, too. First, start Easyshare. Go to the photo you want to submit. Right click on it (to bring up a floating menu). Select Properties. Make a note of the file's name (top of properties box) and location (middle of the box). Then, when you fill out the submission form on Guatadopt, you'll click on the browse button to submit the phot. That's when you'll need the file's name and location.

If you have submitted a feature photo should you also submit a general photo incase your feature is not chosen OR if your photo isnt chosen for feature will it be submitted for general?

There are some photos that are more appropriate as Feature photos than as General Submission. With the General Submission photos, we need a good front, clear shot of the face so that the child is not "lost" in it.

So, you can submit a photo for each or if you feel the Feature photo will work as a General submission, then just send us that one.

I am really excited about this year's calendar. Our feature submissions have been WONDERFUL! I can see it will be really tough to pick from them!

I just sent my picture submission but did not get the confirmation page. I just got an error screen. Kelly, does anything automatic get sent to us to let us know if it worked?

Cathy - I do not have it.

For any submittal, you should also get an email confirmation. If you do not, then WE DON'T have it! When you do submit a photo, make sure that you do not close the form window before the confirmation screen. Closing it early will cancel the submit. If you continue to have problems, use the problem reporting form mail and we'll figure something out :-)

Sorry to be repetitive, the photo I sent of my daughter will work for either Feature or general. I submitted it for feature do I need to resubmit it for general seperately. If you need to check the photo it is 00097
