I have received a couple of e-mails indicating that the Doom virus may getting sent out in e-mails that say they are from me. If you receive an unexpected e-mail from me with an attachment - DON'T OPEN THE ATTACHMENT.. I assure you that this is not something I have anything to do with.
Posted by Kevin at November 20, 2005 10:07 AM...Something else to add. Apparently, our domain has been put on Spam and Bulk Email lists. So, if you are EXPECTING an email from one of us, please check your BULK folders and see if its there. I've been trying to get to the bottom of this, but have had very poor response.
If you do receive a message that appears to be from us but also seems to be a bulk message, please let us know immediately. We DO NOT send out bulk messages and I am very particular about anti-virus updates.
Unfortunately, in this day and age....its getting pretty easy to spread a virus that blacklists an innocent bystander. Its also easy to get punished for the acts of other sites that use the same hosting company!!
