Sesame Street has asked again for help with a talent search.
World Renowned Children's Television Series, Sesame Street, Casting Guatemalan Twin Babies
Sesame Street, produced by the nonprofit educational organization Sesame Workshop, is looking to cast male twin babies ANY LITTLE BOY of Guatemalan decent for its 38th season. The child needs to be around 10 months old (as of November) and available to be in Queens once taping begins. It is preferred that the families live in the surrounding tri-state area, Pennsylvania or Maryland.
This is a wonderful opportunity for our Guatemalan Children. Our little actor(s) will portray "Marco" who has been adopted by "Gina" (played by Alison Bartlett-O'Reilly) a main player on the show. ![]()
We already have one Guatadopt family whose children are going to play Marco's introduction to the show. The viewing times are available HERE.
It is a paid position and there will be a set nurse present and lots of Muppets! I'll also speak up and say that Sesame Street has been a wonderful supporter of diversity education and this is an EXTREMELY positive portrayal of the joy we feel in adoption.

Our son is just now showing interest in Sesame street and Elmo, so I hope to tape these for him for repeated viewing. One question. The schedule shows Dec 25. Do they really have programing on Christmas?
