Something is happening where my e-mail address (kevin at guatadopt.com) is being used in the "Reply to" or "From" address of thousands of spam and virus infected e-mails. I do not know if these are going to people randomly or if it is somehow going to people who have used the site. So for the moment, if you get a weird e-mail from me, do not open any attachments.

I suspect that someone is simply using it to disguise their activities and to redirect the chaos to us.
Spammers are pretty heartless. If you are not expecting an email from us and the subject sounds odd, please do not open it.

This happened to me and my work address last week. It looks like my email address was used to SPAM everyone around the world.
I had about 50 emails from Mailer Dameon (email kick backs) from all over the world this past monday.
It is more so a nuisance than anything. i think these kids who were off for spring break had nothing better to do.
