just wanted to echo many sentiments... including thanks for posting the note - i was not expecting mine in time to ship to others before Christmas either, but just wanted to make sure they didn't get lost in shipping or something... and many thanks for doing this & all else you do... blessings to your family in 2009!

Regarding the use of X-mas, I appreciate people's strong feelings about using an X instead of Christ's name. However, I recently was curious about the origin of the term X-mas and so I looked it up. I found that xmas actually goes way back to the 1600s and has it's origins in the Christian faith.

The X also is the Greek letter for the Ch in Christ, and was used as a Jewish-Christian symbol in apostolic times.

yes, the "X" in "Xmas" is the Greek letter "chi", the first letter of the Greek spelling of the word "Christ". So, it *is* Christ's name...research it...

I appreciate the effort that is put into making one of the most beautiful calendars I've ever seen. I often look closely at the faces and see my own daughter in some of them. I know that there are similarities that exist but it still makes me wonder if any are her siblings. Either way we all share a common bond because of our children. Happy New Year everyone!

This is the second year that my daughter was in the calendar. I just love seeing her among all of the other beautiful children. Thank you for putting together such a high quality, wonderful calendar!!
