Calendar Donation Proceeds

I just had the extreme pleasure of having checks cut to support five organizations in Guatemala providing direct aid to children. These organizations were chosen for their services and not their religious affiliation or adoption philosophy. In the end, we're sending out $9000 which leaves about $800 left in our bank account for misc. fees and any needs that come up. As such, each of these organizations is receiving $1800 from the Do Good Charitable Foundation:
1.) Semillas de Amor
2.) Amor del Nino
3.) Hogar Luz de Fatima
4.) Friends of the Orphans
5.) Orphan Resources International

Thanks, Man.

You can be sure the kind gift will be used efficiently and effectively.

Today is an especially good day; Shyrel just told me that two children who were reunited with the PAP's through Guatadopt's help, were declared adoptable this morning, and are one excruciating step closer to their waiting homes.

Kevin & the Guatadopt Team,

This is such GREAT news and so rewarding to hear. We have shared our calendars as Christmas gifts & all who received them were so moved. Our friends & other family members who viewed the calendars conveyed such enthusiasm that perhaps next time we will order more. We certainly want to thank you and the team for the great work and am so humbled to hear of the monetary donations to the childrens homes. It has been a very humbling experience to see the anguish in orphans of Haiti over the last week. Again, thank you.

A huge thank you from Semillas de Amor for the generous donation! We have a zillion ways to spend the donation but most likely will use it for a teacher's salary for one year. Thank you so much we are very, very appreciative. Nancy

This is a tremendous effort on the part of the GuatAdopt team and very much appreciated at our house, as I'm sure it is by the organizations benefiting from the proceeds. Thank you very, very much.
